Excursion to Waddesdon Manor

On Thursday we had went on a trip to Waddesdon Manor where we visited the aviary, looked around the house, played in the park and ate lots of ice cream!

Waddesdon Manor was built in 1874 by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild.

The Aviary was built in 1889 and you can see lots of colourful birds there...

... including one bird made out of flowers!

The house is very beautiful and there are lots of interesting things to look at.
